There have ben many strides that have been made with technology over the last decade and even beyond in the form of laptops, cell phones, PDA's and the like. All of these provide a way to access information on the road at a moments notice. With how reliant that we have become as a society on up to date information and needing to know things now, having a devide that can provide us that information has become increasinlgy more critical, especially from a business sense.
While all of these things are great to have, what happens when you need to extract the information from your technology device, either in the form of a flyer or a poster or a booklet for a meeting? Some will just run to the closeset Kinko's or some other type of comapnay that will be able to take your device and print out what you need from it.
That may work in some cases, but not all of them. At the end of the day, you need to weigh the benfits of what the printer provides compared to the cost and see where the middle point is.
